Global Speaker Spotlight™

1. PARTICIPATION
By enrolling, Speaker agrees to participate in a recorded virtual speaking session as part of the Global Speaker Spotlight™ platform. Speaker acknowledges they are participating as a Featured (and/or Founding) Speaker, contributing to a global visibility initiative designed to expand authority, reach, and influence.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE FEE
The enrollment fee is: Non-refundable, Non-transferable. Covers production, branding, media distribution, and promotional placement.

3. MEDIA RELEASE
Speaker grants full, irrevocable rights to: Use video, audio, likeness, name, voice, and brand. Edit, distribute, publish, and promote content. Use content for marketing, advertising, and commercial purposes. Across (but not limited to): YouTube, Podcast platforms, Social media platforms, Television, streaming, and digital networks (including platforms such as Amazon Fire TV and similar distribution channels).

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All content produced remains the sole property of Lima Maclean / Rebirth Media Network.

5. PLATFORM OVERVIEW & POSITIONING
The Global Speaker Spotlight™ is a global media initiative designed to position speakers as authorities while expanding their visibility across multiple digital and streaming platforms. Speaker acknowledges that participation contributes to a growing international platform with ongoing expansion and distribution.

6. AUDIENCE DEMOGRAPHICS
The audience for Global Speaker Spotlight™ includes a global, growth-focused community, such as: Speakers, coaches, and consultants; Entrepreneurs and business owners; Authors and thought leaders; Podcast hosts, media personalities, and event organizers. Typical audience age range: 25–55+, with a strong emphasis on individuals seeking visibility, authority, and business growth.

7. EXPECTED REACH & DISTRIBUTION
Speaker understands that their feature will be distributed across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Rebirth TV International, Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), Podcast and digital media platforms, Streaming and television-based platforms. Content is positioned as evergreen, meaning it remains active and discoverable over time through SEO and ongoing media distribution. Cumulative reach is intended to scale to broad global visibility and impressions over time, rather than being limited to a single event or posting.

8. SPEAKER DELIVERABLES
As part of participation, Speaker will receive: A professionally hosted Global Speaker Spotlight™ feature session/interview, Multi-platform distribution for expanded visibility, Authority positioning through a global media platform, Evergreen content for personal branding and marketing use, Exposure to a global audience aligned with their message and expertise.

9. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES
Speaker understands and agrees: Visibility does not guarantee leads, sales, bookings, or specific results. Results depend on the Speaker’s own offers, follow-up, and business strategy.

10. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Speaker agrees to: Arrive on time and prepared, Present themselves professionally, Provide accurate and authentic information. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.

11. RESCHEDULING POLICY
One (1) reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 48-hour notice. Missed sessions may require a rebooking fee.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
Speaker agrees to hold harmless Lima Maclean, Rebirth Media Network, and all affiliated brands, partners, and platforms from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

13. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By submitting the enrollment fee, Speaker acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
